Homeless Population Security Service
Since 2017 Star Pro Security has provided security services to various shelters in Orange County. These shelters provide housing and comprehensive supportive services for a variety of homeless populations which includes families, adult men and women, mothers and their children, persons living with HIV/AIDS, individuals overcoming substance addictions, and some who are physically and mentally disabled.
Through the years of working in shelter settings and dealing with trespassers and loiterers, Star Pro Security has identified a critical need for investment in officer training and development. Specific areas of training and development were identified in the homeless population.
We developed a training for our officers to ensure that Star Pro Officers working at a shelter or providing patrol services with trespassers and loiters treat people at a high standard of dignity, safety, service quality, and respect.
Our Shelter/Homeless Training provides a basic, general training standard for all Star Pro Security Officers working in shelters, providing patrol, and dealing with the homeless population.
The goal of Star Pro Security is to provide effective and compassionate security services for any situation regarding the homeless population.
